QMS Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the Quality Management System and control documented information according with context of organization.
- Study, Communicate and Implement the customer specific requirement.
- Contact and support external certify body for Recertification and Surveillance audit.
- Follow up NC ensure the Non-Conformity is close from audit or opportunity for internal improvement.
- Up load Temporary action – Preventive action and evidences on CARA system.
- Support customer audit and analyse root cause find countermeasure and follow up final result. (onsite / remote audit / self-audit)
- Set monthly meeting for follow up efficiency (KPI) of each section and perform KPI report for QMS section.
- Plan internal audit (1-3 year cycle) for System / Process / Product audit.
- Collect the internal auditor according auditor’s skill and priority of claim, Information and Last NC.
- Prepare audit check sheet and follow up result of audit for report to Top Management.
- Set schedule for management review, Determine agenda and record minute meeting.
- Analyze the interested party, Context of organization for business plan and KPI next year.
- Make QMS activity plan (Quality magazine and support QCC activity)
- Review and revise the quality manual and standard procedure.
- Other related tasks as assign by section manager.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- รักษาระบบการจัดการคุณภาพและควบคุมเอกสารข้อมูลตามบริบทขององค์กร
- ศึกษา สื่อสาร และดำเนินการตามความต้องการเฉพาะของลูกค้า
- ติดต่อและสนับสนุนหน่วยงานออกใบรับรองภายนอกสำหรับการตรวจสอบ Recertification และ Surveillance
- ติดตาม NC เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่า Non-Conformity ใกล้จะถึงการตรวจสอบหรือโอกาสในการปรับปรุงภายใน
- อัปโหลดการดำเนินการชั่วคราว – การดำเนินการป้องกันและหลักฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบ CARA
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบลูกค้าและวิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่แท้จริง ค้นหามาตรการรับมือและติดตามผลขั้นสุดท้าย (นอกสถานที่ / การตรวจสอบระยะไกล / การตรวจสอบตนเอง)
- กำหนดการประชุมรายเดือนเพื่อติดตามประสิทธิภาพ (KPI) ของแต่ละส่วนงาน และจัดทำรายงาน KPI ของส่วน QMS
- วางแผนการตรวจสอบภายใน (รอบ 1-3 ปี) สำหรับระบบ / กระบวนการ / การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์
- รวบรวมผู้ตรวจสอบภายในตามทักษะและลำดับความสำคัญของการเรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทน ข้อมูล และ Last NC
- จัดทำใบตรวจสอบการตรวจสอบและติดตามผลการตรวจสอบเพื่อรายงานผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- กำหนดตารางเวลาการทบทวนฝ่ายบริหาร กำหนดวาระการประชุม และบันทึกรายงานการประชุม
- วิเคราะห์ผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย บริบทองค์กร สำหรับแผนธุรกิจ และ KPI ในปีหน้า
- จัดทำแผนกิจกรรม QMS (นิตยสารคุณภาพและสนับสนุนกิจกรรม QCC)
- ทบทวนและปรับปรุงคู่มือคุณภาพและขั้นตอนมาตรฐาน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการส่วน

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as QMR, QMS in automotive industry.
• Experience in DCC knowledge/QMS of the IATF16949 system is required.
• Good interpersonal skills and work well with other departments.
• Advance conversation in middle-high level of English.
• Can start work immediately would be an advantage
• Have knowledge of Quality system and maintain quality data is preferable
• Have IATF 16949 internal auditor Certification is preferable

• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพและรักษาข้อมูลที่มีคุณภาพจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีใบรับรองผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน IATF 16949 จะดีมาก
