<Job responsibilities>
- Maintain a well-organized HVAC lab and Supervise efficient implementation of labs.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and log repairs and costs.
- Be able to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical problems as required.
- Maintain and organize tools in lab.
- Organize and provide support on lab work.
- Analyze manpower plans to support workload.
- Lead a group of Engineer and Technician.
- Supervise work and give advice to subordinates.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลรักษาห้องปฏิบัติการ HVAC ที่มีการจัดการอย่างดี และกำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานห้องปฏิบัติการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบการบำรุงรักษาและการซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ HVAC และการซ่อมแซมและบันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาทั้งเครื่องกลและไฟฟ้าได้ตามต้องการ
- ดูแลและจัดระเบียบเครื่องมือในห้องปฏิบัติการ

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 33 - 43 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.), Bachelor of Science (related field)
- 10 years and above of experience in HAVC lab or industrial lab management.
- Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical problems as required.
- knowledge of lab policies and Procedures
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
- Conversational High of English or able to Communicate well in English (Japanese, USA, Chinese, Indian, Singaporean Member from HQ and audit)
- Able to Visit domestic lab (car provided but Have to drive by own)
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Can manage Subordinate
