<Job responsibilities>
- Directly deal to customers : to request, Review PPAP.
- Monitoring and update all issues which will effect to Business such as demand, forecast, order, production plan, delivery, quotation, payment,
- Monitoring competitor status, market share, price issues, etc.
- Correspond with customers who is window persons such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Engineering, quality control, production, accounting
- Internal communication with Bangkok sales team (customer service, products coordinator to sharing information and any support), Factory Production (Logistics, Engineering, QC/QA) in order to respond to customer together and Japan team (Sales, Business)
- Summarizing and review business such as the number of Sales plan (twice a year)/ Sales estimation, forecast (twice a month),find the action to achieve target/ Verify the root cause and reason of Sales result (up/down)/ Monitoring and minimize Inventory
- Quality issue : gather back ground, pick up and send the defect to analyze, then explain analyze report to customer
- Expand more Business : Introduce new products, new project development to current and new potential customers
- Provide Visiting report and monthly topic to manager and related persons

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดการกับลูกค้าโดยตรง : เพื่อขอ, ตรวจสอบ PPAP
- ติดตามและอัพเดททุกประเด็นที่จะส่งผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจ เช่น ความต้องการ การคาดการณ์ การสั่งซื้อ แผนการผลิต การส่งมอบ ใบเสนอราคา การชำระเงิน
- ติดตามสถานะคู่แข่ง ส่วนแบ่งการตลาด ปัญหาด้านราคา ฯลฯ
- โต้ตอบกับลูกค้า เช่น การจัดซื้อ, Sourcing, Engineering, การควบคุมคุณภาพ, การผลิต, Accounting
- การสื่อสารภายในกับทีมขายในกรุงเทพฯ (บริการลูกค้า, ผู้ประสานงานผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อแบ่งปันข้อมูลและสนับสนุนใด ๆ), การผลิตในโรงงาน (โลจิสติกส์, วิศวกรรม, QC/QA) เพื่อตอบสนองต่อลูกค้าร่วมกัน และทีมงานญี่ปุ่น (ฝ่ายขาย, ธุรกิจ)
- สรุปและทบทวนธุรกิจ เช่น จำนวนแผนการขาย (ปีละสองครั้ง)/ การประมาณยอดขาย การคาดการณ์ (เดือนละสองครั้ง) ค้นหาการดำเนินการเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย/ ตรวจสอบสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและเหตุผลของผลลัพธ์การขาย (ขึ้น/ลง)/ การตรวจสอบและลดสินค้าคงคลัง
- ปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ : รวบรวมข้อมูล หยิบและส่งข้อบกพร่องเพื่อวิเคราะห์ จากนั้นอธิบายรายงานการวิเคราะห์ให้กับลูกค้า
- ขยายธุรกิจเพิ่มเติม : แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ การพัฒนาโครงการใหม่ให้กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่
- จัดทำรายงานการเข้าพบและหัวข้อประจำเดือนแก่ผู้จัดการและบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experience in Automotive Business
- 10+ years of Experience in Automotive Business
- Able to read drawing (2D)
- knowledge in product development cycle, Mass Production, quality assurance and control and after-sales service
- Good command in English (with TOEIC 700, to communicate with overseas suppliers)
- Able to use Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- No car needed. Company's car with driver supports for business purpose

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri (WIO 100%) Saturday working 1-2 days a year (based on company calendar))

- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวงจรการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การผลิตจำนวนมาก การประกันและการควบคุมคุณภาพ และบริการหลังการขาย
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พร้อม TOEIC 700 เพื่อสื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์ในต่างประเทศ)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้ (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- ไม่ต้องใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัว รถของบริษัทพร้อมคนขับรองรับเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ
