<Job responsibilities>
- Assist in the development of the service business development strategy for Thailand in Chemical Construction, especially waterproofing, sealant, fireproofing and flooring.
- Investigate new business opportunities in Thailand market.
- To independently identify and source for project(s) for the project pipeline (specification and sales).
- Assist with company division sales forecasting.
- Develop close working relationships with existing and potential customers at buyer level.
- Develop new clients and ensure prequalification status is achieved and maintained with customers in the market.
- Ensure all sales actions are carried out and completed.
- Ensuring all sales activity adheres to company systems, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with sales support to provide invoice, quotation, delivered timing.
- Follow up on the project in the project pipeline from specification and sales.
- Issue a monthly report with overview of previous and forthcoming month sales activity.

- ช่วยในการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาธุรกิจบริการของประเทศไทยในด้านเคมีภัณฑ์ก่อสร้าง โดยเฉพาะงานกันซึม กันซึม กันไฟ และงานพื้น
- สำรวจโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ ในตลาดประเทศไทย
- เพื่อระบุและแหล่งที่มาของโครงการสำหรับไปป์ไลน์โครงการอย่างเป็นอิสระ (ข้อกำหนดและการขาย)
- ช่วยคาดการณ์ยอดขายของแผนกบริษัท
- พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าในระดับผู้ซื้อ
- พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่และให้แน่ใจว่าสถานะคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นได้รับและรักษาไว้กับลูกค้าในตลาด
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินการขายทั้งหมดดำเนินการและเสร็จสิ้น
- ดูแลให้กิจกรรมการขายทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามระบบ กระบวนการ และขั้นตอนของบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อจัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสนอราคา ระยะเวลาการส่งมอบ
- ติดตามโครงการในไปป์ไลน์โครงการจากข้อกำหนดและการขาย
- ออกรายงานประจำเดือนพร้อมภาพรวมกิจกรรมการขายเดือนก่อนหน้าและเดือนถัดไป



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least possess Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in Construction / Industrial / Paint(protective coating) and/or the related industry.
- Conversational High of English (Communication with Regional headquarter, report, and e-mail)
- Having personal car and driving license, Willing to travel when required.
- Good basic technical knowledge and Understanding on flooring, waterproofing & sealants and Other Construction products.
- Good technical knowledge of Construction products.
- Customer-oriented behavior and mindset.
- Outgoing personality with Good sales skills.
- Flexible, responsive, and able to work long & irregular hours if required.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Highly preferred: Civil Engineering degree, with experience in Engineering and/or structural design.
- Able to use Autocad would Be an advantage.

- สำเร็จการศึกษาขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธาหรือเทียบเท่า
- มีประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 3 ถึง 5 ปีในงานก่อสร้าง / อุตสาหกรรม / สี (การเคลือบป้องกัน) และ/หรืออุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (สื่อสารกับสำนักงานใหญ่ประจำภูมิภาค รายงาน และอีเมล)
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ ยินดีเดินทางเมื่อจำเป็น
- มีความรู้ทางเทคนิคพื้นฐานที่ดีและมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับพื้น กันซึมและยาแนว และผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้างอื่นๆ
- มีความรู้ด้านเทคนิคของผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อสร้างเป็นอย่างดี
- พฤติกรรมและทัศนคติที่มุ่งเน้นลูกค้า
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะการขายที่ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่น ตอบสนอง และสามารถทำงานได้หลายชั่วโมงได้หากจำเป็น
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิการศึกษาสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมและ/หรือการออกแบบโครงสร้าง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Autocad ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
