<Job responsibilities>
• Team Management
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and manage Regional sales Managers across Thailand.
- Motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve individual sales goals and encourage better teamwork.
• Channel relationship management and maintenance
- Provide sales and technical support resources and products to channels.
- Communicate timely with customers, gather market feedback, and offer suggestions.
- Collaborate with channels to promote product sales to customers.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and sustain relationships with key Regional customers.
• Channel relationship development
- Implement sales and marketing plans according to the marketing strategy.
- Actively seek new channel cooperation targets and conduct qualification and analysis.
- Develop channels to Communicate with customers and create cooperation plans.
• Sales orders to complete
- Communicate the company's product information and sales policies to customers.
- Actively strive for customer orders to achieve sales targets.
- Organize and participate in agent business negotiations.
• Brand promotion
- Plan and execute brand promotion activities to enhance the company's brand influence.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• การจัดการทีม
- กำหนดเป้าหมายการขายรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน และจัดการผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายระดับภูมิภาคทั่วประเทศไทย
- กระตุ้นและติดตามทีมงานขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายของแต่ละบุคคลและส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดีขึ้น
• การจัดการและการบำรุงรักษาความสัมพันธ์ช่องทาง
- จัดหาทรัพยากรและผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านการขายและการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคให้กับช่องทางต่างๆ
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าอย่างทันท่วงที รวบรวมคำติชมของตลาด และเสนอข้อเสนอแนะ
- ทำงานร่วมกับช่องทางในการส่งเสริมการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
- รักษาการสื่อสารที่สม่ำเสมอกับลูกค้าและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่สำคัญในภูมิภาค
• การพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ช่องทาง
- ดำเนินการตามแผนการขายและการตลาดให้เป็นไปตามกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด
- กระตือรือร้นแสวงหาเป้าหมายความร่วมมือช่องทางใหม่ๆ และดำเนินการตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติและการวิเคราะห์
- พัฒนาช่องทางในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและสร้างแผนความร่วมมือ
• การสั่งสินค้าให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์
- สื่อสารข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทและนโยบายการขายให้กับลูกค้า
- มุ่งมั่นอย่างแข็งขันสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- จัดระเบียบและมีส่วนร่วมในการเจรจาธุรกิจตัวแทน
• การส่งเสริมแบรนด์
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายแบรนด์เพื่อเพิ่มอิทธิพลของแบรนด์ของบริษัท


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 33 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 5 years or more of experience in sales or business development in the CCTV industry or consumer electronics.
• Flexibility to undertake business travel.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and channel management; understanding of industry market conditions; familiarity with product marketing channel development and construction business.
• Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work remotely with little supervision.
• Customer-oriented
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
• Good command of Chinese (HSK4-5) (Used for communication with report line)

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(- Monday - Friday (WIO 100%))

- ปริญญาตรี
• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการตลาด การสื่อสาร ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไปในด้านการขายหรือการพัฒนาธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมกล้องวงจรปิดหรือเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า
• ความยืดหยุ่นในการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีน (อ่าน เขียน และพูด)
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดและการจัดการช่องทาง ความเข้าใจในสภาวะตลาดอุตสาหกรรม ความคุ้นเคยกับการพัฒนาช่องทางการตลาดผลิตภัณฑ์และธุรกิจก่อสร้าง
• มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นผู้นำและบริหารทีมขาย
• ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม การเขียน การสื่อสารด้วยการพูด และการนำเสนอ
• การเริ่มต้นด้วยตนเองด้วยความสามารถในการทำงานจากระยะไกลโดยมีการควบคุมดูแลเพียงเล็กน้อย
• มุ่งเน้นลูกค้าเป็นหลัก
