Work outline: Send Forecast and Purchase order and follow up all delivery

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Send Forecast and Purchase order to Vender
- Follow up part delivery on time
- Follow up confirm PO—(Purchase Order) from Vendor
- Update delivery check
- Check shortage everyday
- Follow up pull in delivery from Vendor
- Issue PO Manual, stock shortage
- Check INV. Oversea (part, price and project)
- For Oversea Vendor request BOI Clearance
- Request MP set new part Master

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality, Male/female , ages under 32 years old
Ø    Bachelor degree in related field.
Ø    Experience of purchase raw material more than 2 years in Manufacturing business
Ø    Have knowledge import process.

 Prefer:
Ø    Preferable if CDD has knowledge in Import or Export before
Ø    Ms office Excel, Word, Power Point skill.
Ø    Good relationship and positive thinking.
Ø    High responsibility and keep confidential.
Ø    Good English Speaking skills.

 Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
