Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in order to meet customer satisfaction
Ø Take care of 3 key job areas; customer service, proof of documents and site administration
Ø Provide help and assistance to make sure customer orders are handled properly
Ø Attend meetings with customers and related parties
Ø Build and retain customer relationships and ensure all customers and clients’ enquiries have been appropriately handled and followed up in a timely manner.
Ø Coordinate with the operations team on operational activities, issues resolution, and process implementation and performance improvement
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 30-40
Ø Bachelor's Degree
Ø At least 5 years of experiences in warehouse & logistics management field
Ø Excellent understanding of customer service concepts
Ø A good leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ø Organized and hands-on person with great attention to details
Ø Strong interpersonal skills and interaction with people at all levels
Ø Good command of written & spoken English
Prefer:
Ø Familiar with international freight forwarding market experience and shipping import customer service operations.

Workplace Area: Bangna-Trad Rd
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri) (work on Saturday every 2 weeks; 3 hours a day)
About the Benefit
