Interpreter and Admin (Japanese Speaking) (30K-45K) (SDG-29117)
<Job Responsibilities>
Interpret (70%) / Meeting inside and outside the office from Thai <=> Japanese
Translate documents (30%) / Company Document(ex. company's rule, meeting report and email)
Coordinate between Thai staff and Japanese Manager
Responsible for process of issuing Visa and work permit for Japanese
Scheduling company car, calendar and updating as needed
Host of in-house events interpret Thai <=> Japanese in party
Book air ticket, Hotel, Limousine as required
Any other related duties requested by the supervisors and manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 22-24 years old
Bachelor degree
New Graduated are welcome
Japanese proficiency Level N1
English Communication level and Able to write email
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Able to do multi-task assigned duties
Can join company party every time
Excellent interpersonal skills
Service-minded and positive attitude
Confident and active, friendly
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience as administrative
Have experience living in Japan
Bachelor's Degree in Humanities Japanese major or related fields
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri) (4-5 Sat/year)
