<Job Responsibilities>
Be first person who pick up the phone call
Purchasing Stationary
In charge of accounting documents (VAT, Office telephone number report, Delivery slip and expense claim and follow Tax invoice of
suppliers and airlines)
Time Attendance Report
Deposit and withdraw money at bank, coordinate with post office for necessary documents
Other admin tasks
Other tasks assigned by Manager

Bachelor’s degree
Experience as an Admin in Trading Company
