<Job Responsibilities>
Arrange administrative tasks to support the Sales department to enhance Sales effectiveness
Receive and answer customer inquiries from incoming call form customer
Prepare sales document e.g. quotation, order confirmation and shipment
Reply and acknowledge E-mail inquiries from customer
Track shipment and delivery to ensure fast delivery system
Coordinate with warehouse and courier in shipment issues
Support customers and sales engineer request
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female , age 22-24 years old
Bachelor Degree
Fresh grad from Business Administration or related field
English: Conversational level (TOEIC 650up)
Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Proactive, Critical Thinking, Communication Skill
