HR and Admin Manager (Japanese Speaking) (50K-80K) (SDG-51237)
<Job Responsibilities>
Management of subordinates (Accountant, driver)
Be responsible of Payroll, improving benefit, working condition, attendance management
Catching up latest labor law updates
Deal with Visa and work permit
Deal with recruitment agency
Management of office supplies
Communicate and make report directly to MD in Japanese
Report monthly, yearly account to Director in the headquarter
Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-50 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
At least 5 years of working experience of HR management in small to middle company
At least 1 year of Management experience in Assistant or Manager level
Excellent command of verbal and written Japanese (to communicate internally and report with Japanese Managing Director) N2 level up
Good command in English communication
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience of recruiting and HR development
Have knowledge of accounting
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
