Work Outline: To conduct day to day import-export document of customs formalities and determining tariffs (Monitoring in Harmonized System Code)


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Work closely with Superior to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
 To control of day to day operation and support in guidance and problems solving by work closely with Branch manager
 To maintain excellent relation with Customs Department and other related
 To work closely under of GOD Superior to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
 Effectively negotiate clearance procedures upon crucial issues
 Other tasks as assigned by GM or MD


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality only, Male/Female, age 38-50 years old 
 Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
 At least 5 years of proven experience in a logistics management role (in handling of HM Customs process (Clearance, BOI, 19 BIS etc.), international freight forwarding (Air and Sea Import / Export) or related fields)
 Experience in the handling of HM Customs process (Tariff code management)
 Must have direct experience in การกำหนดพิกัดภาษี / ภาษีศุลกากร
 Possessed related certificate 
 Customs broker process management and KPI
 Working experience in International freight forwarding Firm
 Good commend of spoken & written in English (to communicate with Japanese Manager) 
 Good PC skills in MS Office
 Strong communication and service minded


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Special Consideration will be given for prior Customs Clearance Card, Customs Formality Specialist card


Languages skills 
English: Advanced level 
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: Samut Prakan 
 Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08:30 – 17.30]
