Work Outline: To conduct day to day import-export document of customs formalities and determining tariffs (Monitoring in Harmonized System Code)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with Superior to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
To control of day to day operation and support in guidance and problems solving by work closely with Branch manager
To maintain excellent relation with Customs Department and other related
To work closely under of GOD Superior to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
Effectively negotiate clearance procedures upon crucial issues
Other tasks as assigned by GM or MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/Female, age 38-50 years old
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
At least 5 years of proven experience in a logistics management role (in handling of HM Customs process (Clearance, BOI, 19 BIS etc.), international freight forwarding (Air and Sea Import / Export) or related fields)
Experience in the handling of HM Customs process (Tariff code management)
Must have direct experience in การกำหนดพิกัดภาษี / ภาษีศุลกากร
Possessed related certificate
Customs broker process management and KPI
Working experience in International freight forwarding Firm
Good commend of spoken & written in English (to communicate with Japanese Manager)
Good PC skills in MS Office
Strong communication and service minded
Preferable Skill / Experience
Special Consideration will be given for prior Customs Clearance Card, Customs Formality Specialist card

English: Advanced level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08:30 – 17.30]
