Property Risk Engineer(Supervisor, Assistant Manager))

<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct on-site risk assessment by hearing overall their safety situation and find out the operations need to be improved for Fire, Boiler, LPG gas, and Machinery, Natural Hazard etc..
- Give the feedback on site to client based on the international safety regulations
- Prepare the risk assessment report and suggest the improvement plan in English
- Conduct presentation and coordinate with marketing team to suggest the suitable insurance plan
- Work with marketing team to develop new and expanded business opportunities
- Conduct around 50 risk assessment in a year in average to various type of company
- Have opportunity to visit the other countries, if you have enough skill
- Have opportunity to be the presenter in seminar, if you have enough skill
- Other assignment by JP Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree of Engineering
- At least 7 year experience of Engineer experience for Utility facility in manufacturing or plant or construction industry
- Conversational high level of English
- Sales Minded and high communication skill as consultant
- Challenging spirit and high motivation for self-development
- Analytical Thinking, Logical Thinking and Achieve Oriented

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Direct Engineer experience in insurance industry

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดำเนินการประเมินความเสี่ยงในสถานที่โดยรับฟังสถานการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยโดยรวมและค้นหาว่าจำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานสำหรับไฟไหม้หม้อไอน้ำก๊าซแอลพีจีและเครื่องจักรอันตรายจากธรรมชาติเป็นต้น
- ให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับไซต์แก่ลูกค้าตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยระหว่างประเทศ
- จัดทำรายงานการประเมินความเสี่ยงและเสนอแนะแผนการปรับปรุงเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- ดำเนินการนำเสนอและประสานงานกับทีมการตลาดเพื่อแนะนำแผนประกันที่เหมาะสม
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดเพื่อพัฒนาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ และขยายตัว
- ทำการประเมินความเสี่ยงโดยเฉลี่ยประมาณ 50 ครั้งต่อปีสำหรับ บริษัท ประเภทต่างๆ
- มีโอกาสเยี่ยมชมประเทศอื่น ๆ หากคุณมีทักษะเพียงพอ
- มีโอกาสเป็นผู้นำเสนอในงานสัมมนาหากคุณมีทักษะเพียงพอ
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก JP Manager

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์วิศวกรอย่างน้อย 7 ปีสำหรับโรงงานสาธารณูปโภคในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรือโรงงานหรือการก่อสร้าง
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- มีใจรักงานขายและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารสูงเป็นที่ปรึกษา
- จิตใจที่ท้าทายและมีแรงจูงใจสูงในการพัฒนาตนเอง
- การคิดวิเคราะห์การคิดเชิงตรรกะและการบรรลุเชิง

- มีประสบการณ์ตรงวิศวกรในธุรกิจประกันภัย
