<Job Responsibilities>
*HR
- To manage and supervise in carry out, in general the Regulation in matters of pertaining to Manpower, generally and in particular, the Company Regulation.
- To manage and supervise in carry out the Company’s policies decided by Board of Director/Commissioner or Management.
- To supervise in carry out the Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc). Also to issue the ID Badge, Announcement for employee and counseling for any problems for employee and to obtain any input from employee for the Company’s interest.
- Take care VISA and Work permit for Japanese

*GA
- To supervise the General Affairs duties.
- To supervise the Company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
- To supervise the orderliness of Office administration
- Manage company car, guardsman
- Manage office supply and buildings

*PAYROLL
- To manage and make payroll calculation, overtime and other tasks of Human Resources and General Affairs .
- To control in payroll administration orderliness.

Other tasks as assigned by MD

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 40-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree in any related fields.
- Business level of Japanese (able to write and communicate in Japanese, N2 up)
- Conversational level of English (Toeic 600 score up)
- At least 5 years of experiences as a HR especially employee relation in Manufacturing company
- Has management experience at least 1 years
- Experience in payroll
- Able to work as both player and management
- Pleasant and outgoing but strong character with good leadership skill
- Good computer skill in MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word etc.
- Strong communication skill
- Positive attitude at work and good team player is a must
- Able to commute by own

- เพื่อจัดการและกำกับดูแลในการดำเนินการโดยทั่วไปกฎระเบียบในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับกำลังคนโดยทั่วไปและโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งข้อบังคับของ บริษัท
- บริหารและกำกับดูแลให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของ บริษัท ที่กำหนดโดยคณะกรรมการ / ข้าราชการหรือฝ่ายบริหาร
- ดูแลการบริหารงานบุคคล (การเข้าเรียนการลาประจำปีการอนุญาตการเบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาลจดหมายเตือน ฯลฯ ) รวมทั้งออกป้ายประจำตัวประกาศหาพนักงานและให้คำปรึกษาปัญหาต่างๆของพนักงานและรับข้อมูลจากพนักงานเพื่อผลประโยชน์ของ บริษัท
- ดูแล VISA และ Work permit สำหรับชาวญี่ปุ่น

* GA
- ดูแลงานกิจการทั่วไป
- ดูแลเอกสารของ บริษัท (โดยเฉพาะความถูกต้องของเอกสาร)
- ดูแลความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของการบริหารสำนักงาน
- จัดการรถของ บริษัท เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย
- จัดการการจัดหาสำนักงานและอาคาร

* เพย์โรล
- จัดการและคำนวณค่าจ้างงานล่วงเวลาและงานอื่น ๆ ของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและกิจการทั่วไป
- ควบคุมดูแลความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยในการบริหารเงินเดือน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 40-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ (สามารถเขียนและสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ N2 ขึ้นไป)
- ระดับการสนทนาของภาษาอังกฤษ (คะแนน Toeic 600 ขึ้นไป)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 5 ปีโดยเฉพาะพนักงานสัมพันธ์ใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเงินเดือน
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทั้งผู้เล่นและผู้บริหาร
- มีนิสัยที่น่ารักและเป็นคนที่มีความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้ดี: Excel, Power Point, Word เป็นต้น
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- ทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการทำงานและผู้เล่นในทีมที่ดีเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น
- สามารถเดินทางได้ด้วยตัวเอง
