<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparing the month-end, quarterly-end and year-end closing process for financial package reports for parent company
- Preparing the financial report, management report, rolling forecast report and annual budgeting
- Handling all daily accounting operations (AR, AP, Payment, Inventory, CAPEX, Shipping (cost), cash, GL, Tax, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filling requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
- Prepare Half year and year-end tax; PND 51, PND 50.
- Partner with responsible sales personnel to follow up on overdue dealers / customers and resolve dealers / customers payment disputes whenever it arises
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Involve the new projects
- Perform Ad-Hoc duties as per company and management needs.
- Lead, guide, support and develop the Accounting and Finance Tea
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 10 years experience in Overall Accounting field
- Background in Trading field
- Management experience with subordinates
- Holding CPD license with Account Closing experience
- MS Office: Excel (Strong), Powerpoint etc.
- Good in English; ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- Own car with driving license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- CPA license
- Experience of JD Edwards (JDE, Oracle system)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดเตรียมกระบวนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน สิ้นไตรมาส และสิ้นปีสำหรับรายงานแพคเกจทางการเงินสำหรับบริษัทแม่
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน รายงานการจัดการ รายงานประมาณการ และการจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี
- จัดการการดำเนินการบัญชีรายวันทั้งหมด (AR, AP, การชำระเงิน, สินค้าคงคลัง, CAPEX, การจัดส่ง (ต้นทุน), เงินสด, GL, ภาษี, การกระทบยอดบัญชี ฯลฯ )
- สนับสนุนและรับรองการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการกรอกข้อมูลการเงิน ข้อกำหนดการยื่นภาษี การตรวจสอบ ขั้นตอนและแบบฟอร์มทั้งตามกฎหมายและภายใน
- จัดทำภาษีครึ่งปีและสิ้นปี; ภ.ง.ด.51, ภ.ง.ด.50.
- ร่วมมือกับพนักงานขายที่รับผิดชอบเพื่อติดตามตัวแทนจำหน่าย / ลูกค้าค้างชำระและแก้ไขข้อพิพาทการชำระเงินของตัวแทนจำหน่าย / ลูกค้าเมื่อใดก็ตามที่เกิดขึ้น
- ประสานงานและติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลภายนอก เช่น ผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก ตัวแทนภาษี ตัวแทนเลขานุการบริษัท ภาษีท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานรัฐบาลหากจำเป็น
- ประเมิน พัฒนา และปรับปรุงการควบคุมแผนก ระบบ และขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานให้มีความถูกต้องแม่นยำและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
- เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการใหม่
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เฉพาะกิจตามที่บริษัทและผู้บริหารต้องการ
- เป็นผู้นำ แนะนำ สนับสนุนและพัฒนาชาการบัญชีและการเงิน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในสายงานบัญชีโดยรวม
- ความเป็นมาในด้านการค้า
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารร่วมกับลูกน้อง
- มีใบอนุญาต CPD ที่มีประสบการณ์การปิดบัญชี
- MS Office: Excel (Strong), Powerpoint เป็นต้น
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี; ความสามารถในการโต้ตอบด้วยการพูดและการเขียนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวพร้อมใบขับขี่

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ใบอนุญาต CPA
