<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage production department including design department

<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle to manage production line such as production quantity and delivery time
- Handle to control whole production department
- Report to Japanese manager daily and monthly
- Join production meeting with Japanese member 2times per week
- Translate between Japan to Thai in occasionally
- Other assigned tasks by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Business level of Japanese ( N2 up）
・At least 1year working experience in Japan (can understand Japanese company culture) including part-time and internship
・Have willingness to manage production filed, especially new products and new projects
※ This company's products are small quantity and multi-kind

Personality : tough and bright person

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・At least 1year experience as production manage in manufacturing company
・Work in around 50-100 people company
