เจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ (อาหาร/ของหวาน)

<Job responsibilities>
- be in charge of Product development task
- Coordinates the planning and development of Product packaging in conjunction with necessary parties to meet scheduled launching dates
- Coordinates design projects with respective designers, agency partners,
and production facilities to ensure on-time delivery of finished products.
- Handles printing and review of color proofs as well as conducts detailed design checks throughout the process of development.
- Creates food Product labels, including lists of ingredients and nutritional facts, in compliance with the government guideline by checking with distributors.
- Develops necessary technical documents, Schedules, and calculations in support of new Product launches
- Communicates with potential and existing suppliers to source materials at competitive prices seeking continuous improvement
- provides frequent communication and coordination in regards to project updates, issues, and other pertinent topics with Supervisor and appropriate parties.
- Seeks continuous improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management.
- reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
- maintains good communication with other managers, staff & outside contacts
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Work with digital marketing agencies to monitor, update, and promote new products on the brand websites regularly
- Any other duties as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รับผิดชอบงานพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- ประสานงานการวางแผนและพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ตรงตามวันเปิดตัวที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานโครงการออกแบบกับนักออกแบบกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
และโรงงานผลิตเพื่อให้มั่นใจในการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงเวลา
- จัดการการพิมพ์และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสีตลอดจนดำเนินการตรวจสอบการออกแบบโดยละเอียดทั้งกระบวนการพัฒนา
- จัดทำฉลากผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร รวมถึงรายการส่วนผสมและข้อมูลโภชนาการให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางของรัฐบาลโดยตรวจสอบกับผู้จัดจำหน่าย
- จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค กำหนดการ และการคำนวณที่จำเป็นเพื่อสนับสนุนการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- สื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อจัดหาวัตถุดิบในราคาที่เหมาะสม
- ประสานงานเกี่ยวกับการอัปเดตโครงการ ปัญหา และหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ กับหัวหน้างานและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- พัฒนากระบวนการผลิต เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด
- ดำเนินโครงการพิเศษและหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ฝ่ายบริหารมอบหมาย
- รายงานปัญหาทั้งหมดให้ฝ่ายบริหารทราบเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไข
- สื่อสารกับผู้จัดการคนอื่นๆ รวมทั้งพนักงาน และผู้ติดต่อภายนอก
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัท
- รับผิดชอบในการรักษาพื้นที่ทำงานให้สะอาดและปลอดภัย
- ทำงานร่วมกับเอเจนซี่การตลาดดิจิทัลเพื่อติดตาม อัปเดต และโปรโมตผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่บนเว็บไซต์
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Working experience as production development in Food industry
・Conversational high level of English (communicate with factory in EN)
・Knowledge of the raw materials and nutrients.
