<Job responsibilities>
- Manage and Oversees all human resources and GA functions.
- Develops and monitors an annual budget of human resources Department and all related human resources matter for the company.
- Initiate and enforce human resources and/or company policies, procedures, rules and regulations for employee to conform with.
- Manage and develop the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources system.
- Design, develop, and Manage recruitment work flow, documentations, policy and procedures.
- Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends Other meetings or seminars.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดการและดูแลทรัพยากรบุคคลและหน้าที่ของ GA ทั้งหมด
- พัฒนาและติดตามงบประมาณประจำปีของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดของบริษัท
- ริเริ่มและบังคับใช้นโยบาย ระเบียบปฏิบัติด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล และ/หรือของบริษัท เพื่อให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตาม
- บริหารจัดการและพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของระบบทรัพยากรบุคคล
- ออกแบบ พัฒนา และจัดการขั้นตอนการทำงาน เอกสาร นโยบาย และขั้นตอนการจัดหางาน
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมผู้บริหาร พนักงานบริษัท และเข้าร่วมการประชุมหรือสัมมนาอื่นๆ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 45 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields
- At least 8 years of experience in HRM and HRD All functions-related roles.
- At least 5 years in Management level
- Conversational level of English ( to Communicate with report line and documents )
- Must have knowledge of Labor Law
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience negotiating with Unions
- Experience in manufacturing will be an advantage
- Strong leadership, ambitious, developed problem-solving skills
- Experienced from a manufacturing environment will be an advantage

Workplace Area: Mueang, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri [Saturday Working: Every other day ])

- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในด้าน HRM และ HRD ทุกบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา (งานเอกสารและสื่อสารกับ Report Line)
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์การเจรจากับสหภาพแรงงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีความทะเยอทะยานที่จะพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
