<Job responsibilities>
- Interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
- Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
- Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
- Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
- Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
- Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.
- Conducting research when required.
- Follow ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 system.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ตีความสรุปโครงการและพบปะกับลูกค้า วิศวกร และสถาปนิกเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าพิมพ์เขียวและแบบทางเทคนิคทั้งหมดเสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามข้อกำหนด
- จัดทำภาพร่างคร่าวๆ และใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ CAD เพื่อจัดเตรียมแบบร่าง แผนงาน และพิมพ์เขียวโดยละเอียด
- เข้าพบไซต์งานเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล และกำหนดข้อจำกัดและความเป็นไปได้ของการออกแบบ
- อัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์ ภาพวาด และเอกสารอื่นๆ
- คงความเป็นมืออาชีพเมื่อมีการส่งข้อเสนอแนะ และดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ กับแบบร่างโดยเร็วที่สุด
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าแบบร่างเป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของอาคารและหลักการทางวิศวกรรม
- สื่อสารประเด็นการออกแบบที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับวิศวกรและสถาปนิก
- การทำวิจัยเมื่อจำเป็น
- ปฏิบัติตามระบบ ISO 9001, 14001 และ 45001
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in handling Quantity Surveyor or Contract management.
- Well-versed in using Revit and CAD.
- Computer literacy especially in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Auto CAD.
- Good Command in English (reporting, meeting)
- Holding Associate Member certificate
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 system.
<Preferable skill/experience>
- Preferred experience in mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Saturday (Work on site in Bangkok until August 2024 then move to another site))
