Accounting Staff (25K-32K) (SDG-38729)
<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare the payment voucher for suppliers and reimburse expense to staff
Issue the cheque and record to cheque register
Deposit the cheque for reimbursement to staff’s bank accounts
Prepare the Journal voucher in case as adjust the Input vat and Output vat
Filing and running the document number
Check condition of customer and corporate with Sales assistant
Prepare the receive voucher when we received money from customer
Record the sales voucher to company program
Issue Tax Invoice to customers
Prepare the Input Vat report, Output Vat report or Withholding Tax report of PND 3, 53
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least 2 year experience in Accounting
Knowledge of Accounting and taxation
Good command of written and spoken English ( able to communicate with Japanese )
Intermediate to advance in Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Trading or Logistic company
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
