HR Manager @Chachoengsao (50K-65K) (SDG-39492)
<Job Responsibilities>
Supervise overall GA and HR tasks and make sure everything is smooth and well organized.
Responsible for overall recruiting process of the company.
Responsible for visa and work permit process
In charge of employee rules, and regulation
Responsible for labor affair
Plan HR strategy (Formulation of expense budget, staffing planning and organization blueprint development)
Support other task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-43 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in HR field around 8 - 10 years
Have knowledge both HRM and HRD in big size company at least 200 people
Have knowledge about admin document (Visa and work permit)
Able to work at Chachoengsao
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience working in Factory would be advantage.
