Researcher (English or Japanese Speaking) (40K-60K) (SDG-39940)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Join the regular meeting (Design, site, sales) and interpret meeting for Japanese staff (Japanese or English), schedule management, cost management about participation projects of joint projects with local partner companies
 Accounting management of SPC that manages joint business projects with local partner companies
 Support of accounting, administration work of representative office for Assistant Manager
 Marketing work related to projects considering new participation (Competitive properties, neighboring facilities, information on new railways, surveys of population, number of households, etc.)
 Collect regular investigation of information related real estate (City transport, politics, economy, etc.)
 Visit to agents, search criteria presentation for new project search
 Business trip arrangement, attendance correspondence of Japanese head office person in charge
 Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-36 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 Conversational level of Japanese or English
 Attitude to learn new business and wide range of business
 At least 3 years work experience in the real estate industry or consultant or financial institution (marketing project accounting management)
 Interest in Japan and Japanese companies (After joining the company, company can help money for Japanese language school)
 Having willingness to learn Japanese to develop your career in this company
 Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, word)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Business level of Japanese (N2 or above)
