HR Manager (Japanese Speaking) (50K-100K) (SDG-40585)
<Job Responsibilities>
Since it is the setting up company, this position is required to establish the HR regulations and systems from the beginning
Coordinate with the HQ in Japan
Daily overall HR operations such as payroll calculation, visa work permit, preparing HR documents
Expected to manage subordinates after setting up the company and increasing headcounts

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
At least 3 years of working experience as HR
(Person who can complete overall HR tasks)
At least 2 years of working experience in the consumer services industry which has chain restaurant or retail stores
Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 up)
Conversational level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Person who has the experience of setting up HR regulations in a small company
Management experience
