Work details
Achieve Group Sales Turn Over Target and Group Sales Profit Amount Target as assigned
Train and advise other AEs about the marketing approach and presentation skills
Provide support for all AEs to solve problem until delivery
Report monthly finished goods inventory / reduce dead stock to be “Zero”
Report monthly status of each over deal payment/ reduce over deal payment less than 91 days
Follow up with relevant parties to ensure that sales team’s objectives/assigned target are achieved
Gather information with other AEs and create the presentation with Sales Director and present to customers in order to get new business.
Approach higher TMT management and make human relationships.
Gather defective report (internal + complaint) and approve it
Make 3 months action plan and report result/improvement tactics to direct manager every 3 months
Follow ISO and company regulation in sales documents
Provide marketing support for all Toyota related company such as event, survey, IT tools, Media, sales tools and so on.
Share the information and, develop and expand
Monday: Sales Report to Management Meeting
Tuesday: Hold SMR Sales Team meeting
Friday: Gather Sales Progress report of all sales send to GM
Monthly Activities;
Beginning of each month:
Update Monthly Sales Figure including ranking of highest sales Department
Monthly Activities;

Approve OT sheet for Kanban Staffs / send to HR
Check invoice report
Follow-up delay payment and feedback to Accounting Team, inventory report
Regular Half Year Activity:
Review Result of past 6 months/ update plan of next 6 months
Make Evaluation sheet of each staff
Accumulate result of ISO standard
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor degree
At least 5 years’ experience as Sales or Account Executive (Any business) or any related position from Advertise Agency or Public Relation field are also considerable
Strong managing skills with strategy plan oriented person
Good Negotiation skills and provide good solutions to clients
Good command of English (both internal use & external use)
Holding own car with driving license
Good command of MS Office
Flexible, able to visit client in various places

Able to start working as soon as possible
