Sales Manager (Engineer Background) (50K-70K) (SDG-51493)
<Job Responsibilities>
Sales Tasks;
Set the team target and supervise sales staff to achieve the target
Lead, advice and motivate the sales staff to achieve the company goal
Develop the business opportunities, strategy, and business plan and maintain the long term relationship with existing customer and prospect customer.
Analyze the sale’s problem, sales volume in order to improve and develop to achieve the target
Analyze the competitiveness, competitors and product’s price to be a team guidance
Train the technique and experience for staff
Planning to meet the essential customer to maintain the long term relationship.
Report sales volume and other problem to GM, Sales
Coordinate with other sales manager to share the information
Involve in organization development to achieve the company’s goal
Manage the priority and credit term consideration including to provide customer’s financial information to Finance Department in order to reduce bad debt.
DEPARTMENT COST CONTROL;
Consider cost and expenses ex. Cost of sample product, promotional activities etc. to suit the team’s goal and company’s profitability
CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION MANAGEMENT;
Manage the customer’s complaint, analyze the root cause, solve problem and response the solution or the result to customer.
Analyze and develop the customer’s need in order to improve customer satisfaction.
STOCK MANAGEMENT;
Coordinate with production, service team and vendor to manage production plan.
Forecast sale volume to easily plan for the production and delivery
Perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation of the office.
Coordinate and support other function to develop company potentiality
Attend Meeting every Monday
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality ,Female, age 33-40 years old
Bachelor Degree in Engineering in any field
At least 7 years of experiences as a Sales in industrial product or dealing with construction company
5+ years’ experience in a supervisory position of the project management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Team work
Able to communicate in English with foreigner (Malaysian, etc.)
Have driving license with own car
Work in multinational company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Familiarity with the air-filter industry
Languages skills

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
