Sales Facade Product (Section Chief Level) @SamutPrakan (28K-120K) (SDG-51516)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Networking with key influencers of façade selection process (Developer, Architect, Consultant, Curtain Waller (installer), Main contractor)
 To understand technical concerns and able to provide suggestions for façade application (Thermal conditions, Solar Heat Gain/Loss, Wind Load, Glass Performance, Testing, International Certificate, Lighting Simulation, etc.)
 To be spokesperson for International Event (forum, association, exhibition, academic meeting, etc.) incl. Lecturer
 To develop market/product for future façade and being trend setter
 To manage spec.in activities of SMART Glass and High Performance Processed Glass as well


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27-40 years old
 Bachelor Degree in any field
 5 years of experience and knowledge relating to facade (consulting/design/contractor/estimate/technician)
 Good networking in façade business for high rise building segment
 English: Conversational high to Business
 Willing to take on exploring and making new business development
 Well-spoken person, able to professionally present products

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or relate
 Experience in modern property company such as Ananda, Sansiri ,and LH or design consultant company
