<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitors, assesses and documents business impacts, resolve actions and communicates to stakeholders with regards to changing or emerging product stewardship/chemical regulatory laws and regulations with an action plan for deployment and implementation of actions working with teams.
- Ensure timely, completed and balanced submissions of registration dossiers of chemical products under government policies and regulations.
- Audit chemical storage at warehouse and logistic process to ensure goods are stored with proper condition and in compliance with Thai Hazardous Substance regulations.
- Verify key information of imported goods to correctly comply with applicable regulations
- Performs research and critical review of chemical, safety data and literature, compile reports and notifications to governmental agencies.
- Keep up to date with the regulation/guidelines both local and global and delivers to the business, technical teams and/or customers.
- Collaborates with the business and other functions to support implementation of product stewardship strategy, policies, standards, programs and operating procedures as applicable.
- Research technical knowledge related to company’s products and services and provide technical support on solving customer enquiries/complaints and assist in finding the right product/service solution.
- Manage internal product master database related to trade and legal compliance, import license quota, safety and handling.
- Conduct training to internal/external customers on chemical regulatory compliance, chemical management, product technical knowledge as per assigned.
- Liaise and negotiate with regulatory authorities.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 26-40 years old
Bachelor's degree or Higher in Chemical Science or Chemical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in a regulatory role or interacting with regulators, with a working knowledge of chemicals/chemistry especially the work compliance of hazardous chemicals
Experience managing regulatory submissions of registration dossiers of chemical products under DIW, FDA, etc.
Good command in English both written and spoken (mainly use in email/documentation and contacting with overseas suppliers)
Strong personality, dare to make change
Willing to go for work at warehouse (Samutprakarn) minimum twice a month

Holder of Certificate of HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
