<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit Vendors/Partners/Clients to hear the requirements or to update the progress
*2-3 times/week by their own car or public transportation
- Develop and lead the project team as assigned
- Monitor the progress of the project to keep the schedule
- Identify and resolve issues
- Ensure satisfaction with Stakeholders
- Manage all changes for requirements
- Risk management
- Evaluate team members
- Involve in Pre-sale state for the additional phase of each project
- Provide SOW(Statement of Work) and Man-day cost for each project
- Report project progress by weekly for internal meeting
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor degree of IT, Computer Scientific, Computer Engineer or related field
- At least 5 years experience as a project manager in IT company
- Experience in managing the project by yourself
- Conversational high level of English
- Knowledge about Solution integration
- Willing to work as cross function of pre and post sale role.
- Ability to work together with teams from several departments
- Service mind and team player

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of install systems for over 100 persons sized corporation in IT company
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Experience or Knowledge of IT solution (AS400 Migration or Consolidatation)
- Certificate of product in IT industry (Dell/HP/Nutanix, Veeam ,VMWare, Microsoft or PMP)

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (No Sat working))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- เข้าเยี่ยมผู้ขาย/คู่ค้า/ลูกค้า เพื่อฟังข้อกำหนดหรือเพื่ออัปเดตความคืบหน้า
*2-3 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ โดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัวหรือรถสาธารณะ
- พัฒนาและนำทีมโครงการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
- ระบุและแก้ไขปัญหา
- สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
- จัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งหมดสำหรับความต้องการ
- การบริหารความเสี่ยง
- ประเมินสมาชิกในทีม
- มีส่วนร่วมในสถานะ Pre-sale สำหรับเฟสเพิ่มเติมของแต่ละโครงการ
- จัดทำ SOW (Statement of Work) และค่าใช้จ่าย Man-day สำหรับแต่ละโครงการ
- รายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการรายสัปดาห์สำหรับการประชุมภายใน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี IT, Computer Scientific, Computer Engineer หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโครงการในบริษัทไอที
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารโครงการด้วยตัวเอง
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนาสูง
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการรวมโซลูชัน
- เต็มใจที่จะทำงานเป็น cross function ของบทบาทก่อนและหลังการขาย
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานจากหลายแผนกได้
- มีใจรักงานบริการและเป็นทีม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์ติดตั้งระบบให้กับองค์กรขนาดใหญ่กว่า 100 คนในบริษัทไอที
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- ประสบการณ์หรือความรู้ด้าน IT solution (AS400 Migration or Consolidation)
- ใบรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์ในอุตสาหกรรมไอที (Dell/HP/Nutanix, Veeam ,VMWare, Microsoft หรือ PMP)
