Production Assistant Manager

- Plan and control the production's manpower as the company's policy an order.
- Plan & control the production improvement project, including material, machine, and equipment.
- Trouble shooting of quality problem in the production line for real root cause and corrective and preventive action.
- Distribution of authority to the subordinate and monitor the results.
- Manage and improve the skill and utility of manpower.
- Cooperate with the other department.
- Control of nonconforming product.
- Sourcing and contact the supplier about purchasing material and equipment.
- Support to higher position about quality relation and other assignment.
- Perform as company's policy and customer's requirement.

- วางแผนและควบคุมโครงการปรับปรุงการผลิต รวมถึงวัสดุ เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์
- การแก้ไขปัญหาปัญหาด้านคุณภาพในสายการผลิตเพื่อหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและการดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
- กระจายอำนาจให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและติดตามผล
- จัดการและปรับปรุงทักษะและประโยชน์ของกำลังคน
- ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่น ๆ

• Age 35-40 years
• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or relate field or higher.
• At least 5 years working experience of Production and Process management system in Japanese manufacturing company.
• At least 3 years of management experience from assistant manager - manager level only.
• Material knowledge and Implement 5S, FIFO, Safety, Kaizen.
• Advance conversation in low - middle level of English.
• At least 5 years working experience of Production and Process management system in steel or metal manufacturing company is preferable
