Duties & Responsibilities:
Project: B2B Developer Solution
 Work and build up relationship with developers, Real Estate Developers and Government to find out and develop projects.
 To be Responsible for Project Sales for Products, by getting customer’s requirements or customer’s problems and providing solutions.
 Manage and follow up long term projects in details by utilizing PDCA cycle.
 Build up and maintain strong relationship with the existing customers and approach or develop new customers.
 Other task assigned by Director


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality only, Male/female, Age 30-40 years 
 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.
 Have 3-5 years’ experience in Project Property Development Sales (Home, condo).
 Having connection with Developer (Owner or top management)
 Good interpersonal and communication skills
 Good command of English communication.


Languages skills 
English: Advance Conversation level (TOEIC 650 and above if any) 
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: Meenburi 
Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)

Salary: (Base) 50,000 – 70,000 THB
