<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage Accounting to ensure the best practice in functional standard and company’s policies and comply with TFRS
- Lead to ensure smooth process of the month end closing accounts procedures and year- end closing accounts procedures.
- To drive improvements in AP, AR & inventory and CAPEX management Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.
- Effectively manage and implement audit compliance, tax, cash flow & forecast to support internal control in the related areas
- Ensure that the financial, costing and tax analysis is effectively performed
- Ensure that all related accounting processes are ready for IPO process and that all related Finance and Accounting process are continually improved
- Ensure completion of annual external audit and internal audit to improve control and effectiveness of the organization.
- Supervise and coach accounting Team

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 30-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree accounting field
- At least 3 years as Overall Accounting
- 1 year as Assistant Manager with subordinates
- Experienced of Accounting Closing
- CPD license
- Good command in English (mainly documents, some internal-external communicate)
- MS Office esp. Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical skills with good communication and ability to achieve results through given resources

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- SAP-B1, MS Access
- CPA license

English: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday - Friday)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดการการบัญชีเพื่อให้มั่นใจถึงแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในมาตรฐานการทำงานและนโยบายของบริษัท และสอดคล้องกับ TFRS
- นำไปสู่กระบวนการที่ราบรื่นของขั้นตอนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและขั้นตอนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นปี
- เพื่อผลักดันการปรับปรุงใน AP, AR & สินค้าคงคลังและการจัดการ CAPEX ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นใดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารเป็นครั้งคราว
- จัดการและดำเนินการตามการตรวจสอบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ภาษี กระแสเงินสด และการคาดการณ์เพื่อสนับสนุนการควบคุมภายในในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน ต้นทุน และภาษีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดพร้อมสำหรับกระบวนการ IPO และกระบวนการทางการเงินและการบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดได้รับการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเสร็จสิ้นการตรวจสอบภายนอกประจำปีและการตรวจสอบภายในเพื่อปรับปรุงการควบคุมและประสิทธิผลขององค์กร
- ดูแลและโค้ชทีมบัญชี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 30-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในฐานะบัญชีโดยรวม
- 1 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการพร้อมลูกน้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปิดบัญชี
- ใบอนุญาต CPD
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เอกสารเป็นหลัก, สื่อสารภายใน-ภายนอกได้บ้าง)
- MS Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel, PowerPoint
- ความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง การวางแผน ทักษะการวิเคราะห์พร้อมการสื่อสารที่ดีและความสามารถในการบรรลุผลลัพธ์ผ่านทรัพยากรที่กำหนด
